Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability

If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Groz USA Customer Service Department at orders@grozusa.com

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.

Returns received without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.

All INDESTRUCTIBLE HANDLE Hammers carry a Lifetime Warranty. These are designed to ensure the hammer handle will not break or separate from the hammer head under normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover use of the hammer other than as a hand-held striking tool, nor to breakage, mushrooming, etc. of the hammer head. In the event it is determined that the product has been tampered with, or altered in any way, the warranty is void and all claims against the product will not be honored.

Liability Disclosure: There are no other warranties, express or implied, on any products sold herein. Matrix Management shall not be liable for any damages, consequential, incidental or contingent, arising from the use or misuse of any products sold by us, nor shall we be liable for any acts or omissions with regard to information published or provided. The user assumes all liability and responsibility for proper selection, compliance, use, maintenance and training associated with the products purchased.
